Office facilities

Summit's history of excellence in commercial office projects predates Summit's formation. Our principals were part of the Washington Area Office Boom in the 1980s. Since then we have maintained our influence and have furthered our expertise in "Build to Suit" designs, corporate headquarters, government offices, warehouses and computer facilities.

• Collaborative Testing: Cascades, VA- Two story office/research facility housing the company headquarters as well as the scientific research laboratories for a nationally recognized testing lab. This facility included server rooms, offices and testing labs (13,000SF)
  

• M.C. Dean Headquarters and Warehouse Facility: Caroline County, VA- The Phase I design of a 100,000SF warehouse for this electrical contracting firm was followed by the design of an additional 30,000SF of warehouse and 30,000SF of corporate office space

Base Building Projects with tenant fit-outs

• Beaumeade Office Building: Ashburn, VA- Summit originally designed the base building as a high-tech office building during the internet boom. This two-story, 65,000SF facility has been converted to a medical professional office building where Summit has provided design services for a variety of specialized medical tenants.
  

• Intellegent Decisions (DSS1): Ashburn, VA- When Summit first designed this 80,000SF two story flex office/warehouse facility it was for the DSS Corporation. We also designed the fit-out for the recent renovations for Intelligent Decisions Inc, a high tech computer consulting and hardware re-sale company.
  

• Arcola Center: Arcola, VA- Base building design of a four building town center. The project includes over 145,000SF of street level retail space with office space above.
