  • Berryville Municipal Building: Berryville, VA- Renovation of an existing two story structure within the historic center of the town of Berryville. Renovations included work with the police and administrative office and storage areas. Client: Town of Berryville.


  • Leesburg Police Station: Leesburg, VA- Renovations and additions to an existing operational police station. The project is being done in two phases to allow critical uninterrupted operations during the entire construction process. Client: City of Leesburg.


  • Fort CF Smith: Arlington, VA- Provided design guidance to determine feasibility of an adaptive revise of an existing building as an interpretive education center with museum displays. Client: Arlington County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Resources.


  • Conway Robinson Education Center: Prince William County, VA- Lighting and Power design for a new education center and surrounding site. Client: Virginia Department of Forestry.


  • Loudoun County Public Schools Vehicle Maintenance Facilities Addition: Leesburg, VA- Major addition to the existing bus maintenance facility. Project involves critical security and administrative functions that require uninterruptible power and emergency generator back up. Project was phased to allow uninterrupted use of the existing facility and allowed for future expansion with limited future disruption. Client: Loudoun County Public Schools.


  • Falls Church City Hall: Falls Church, VA- Renovation of various spaces within the historic City Hall building. Spaces rerouted included office, conference, police and ADA egress path upgrades.
